dc.description.abstractIn this study, research is being conducted about the Customer's Satisfaction (CS) along with factors that have an impact on it and on the Software Project Management. The research method of this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and the main conclusion derived from this study is that the customer's active involvement through agile methods in all phases of the IT project development, leads to a higher level of satisfaction. © 2021 ACM.en
