dc.description.abstract | The publisher would like to report errors in a recently published article [1]. The number of patients who cleared HBsAg during post-treatment follow-up has been corrected. The cumulative rate of HBsAg loss has been corrected. The number of patients (and percentage) that had detectable anti-HBs has also been corrected. The correct paragraph is as follows: ‘Of the 57 patients, 12 cleared HBsAg during post-treatment follow-up (3 between 1 and 6 months, 6 between 7 and 12 months and 3 between 13 and 18 months). Thus, the cumulative rate of HBsAg loss was 5%, 16% and 25% at 6, 12 and 18 months of post-NA(s) follow-up. HBsAg loss was confirmed in all cases at consecutive visits at least 1 month apart and none of the patients who achieved HBsAg clearance reverted to HBsAg seropositivity during follow-up. Anti-HBs have been detected so far in 9 (75%) of the 12 patients with HBsAg loss’. This has been corrected as of 9 August 2018. The authors apologize for these errors. © 2018 International Medical Press. | en |
