dc.description.abstract | The paper studies the behaviour of corrugated steel sheeting with embossments. The study aims to the determination of the contribution of the embossed areas of the steel sheeting to the total strength in pure tension and in pure bending. For the needs of this study various three-dimensional finite element models are constructed which take accurately into account the nonlinear response of the problem.
