It focuses on gender issues having implications on how women perceive their professional role, what strategies use in order to survive in a male-dominated leadership position and also what barriers they experience in their professional development. © Common Ground, Anastasia Anastasaki, Anastasia Pamouktsoglou, Xenia Stathatou.
