Building biographies and households - Aspects of community life in Neolithic northern Greece
Επιτομή
This article concerns the built landscape of Neolithic Thessaly and western Macedonia, Greece, and the identities that may have been constituted through its inhabitation. It focuses on the buildings as material entities and it specifically attempts to highlight the bearings of buildings upon people's lives, tracing the invocation of their materiality in the discourse of architecture and beyond. It is suggested that in this way we leave open the possibility that structures different from our own were performed in the past.
